SCOPE

Under this SOW, Corporation expects service provider to provide the expertise, technical knowledge, staff support, and other related resources necessary for providing support and maintenance of the Aerospace CSO applications.

Production support home grown web applications Encompass, Backlog Management, Warranty Claim, Tech Pubs, Repair History

Monitor production support queues

Work on questions and bugs reported by users

Work on various enhancement requests for the applications mentioned above
