Job Description

• Need someone senior


• not a coach only mentality


• resource needs to live in Charlotte (easy access to our Charlotte building)


• basic knowledge of AI


• can get up to speed quickly on things


• resource needs to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)


• Knowledge and familiarity of Jira, as well as team metrics: Flow, WIP, Velocity, throughput, etc.

Tech stack that teams work on that might make sense for a Scrum lead to have some knowledge on. I think these would be a nice to have, not must have:

• AWS


• GitHub


• Dora, deployment frequencies
