**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment.
+ Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work with team members to implement effective solutions.
+ Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety initiatives and training programs.
+ Learn and apply mechanical maintenance best practices while developing technical skills in a heavy industrial environment.
