ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide chief expert SAP functional leadership for product integrations and multi-country rollouts. Act as primary technical reviewer and approver for changes to ensure alignment with templates and long-term strategy. Lead design and architecture discussions for new solutions and enhancements, collaborating with developers and PDOs. Mentor, coach and support team members, transferring product knowledge and guiding complex issue resolution. Oversee sprint planning, epic governance and ensure JIRA/Confluence artefacts are maintained and accurate. Coordinate and approve CRs for production deployments and participate in ITSM approval workflows. Drive monitoring strategy, dashboard design and automated reporting to manage incidents proactively. Manage and validate database design changes, migrations and updates in coordination with DB developers.
