Lead Southern Asia (>8 Markets) Monthly Payroll Processing and validation to ensure 100% accuracy and on‑time payroll payouts in line with the payroll calendar. Process key changes to payroll due to benefits, salary adjustments, on/offboarding etc.
Support in Southern Asia Payroll or Leave Migration projects, including data harmonization, project management, and legal/employment contracts for Savencia Group (including SFD & Valrhona)
Support in HR Policy creation and regional policy harmonization projects
Support in daily HR operations (including payroll, benefits, annual salary cycles, on/offboarding, invoicing, reporting, logistics)
Support in compensation and benefits calculations and adjustments (including annual salary adjustment, annual bonus payouts, other calculations)
Support relevant HR project end‑to‑end
Other Ad‑hoc tasks for the HR department
