Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities   Assist in planning, coordinating, and running community programmes and projects. 
Support the development of partnerships and services with healthcare and community organizations. 
Monitor project progress to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. 
Conduct outreach activities and engage seniors in community programmes. 
Prepare educational and promotional materials.
