Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the GLOW platform, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for the GLOW support function
