Job Responsibilities - Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Provide HR advisory and respond to employee and manager queries on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage work pass administration, renewals, and statutory compliance with MOM regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, exit interviews, and employee relations matters.
- Support performance management, confirmation, appraisal, increment, and talent development processes.
- Prepare HR reports, process invoices/POs, and assist with HR projects and process improvements.
