Responsibilities: Lead the testing strategy and execution for STP applications within agile squads. Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure quality delivery. Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration. Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test documentation. Monitor test execution, report defects, and drive resolution. Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Support production validation and post-deployment testing. Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and agile KPIs. Ensure compliance with Euroclear's quality and security standards.
