Job Description

**Job Summary**

The one-on-one aide will work in the classroom- their primary responsibility is to work with a designated child who needs particular attention to create and maintain a meaningful relationship to ensure that they take maximum benefit of what is being taught in class.

**Education and Experience:**

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED

Ability to physically move about the building/classroom/playground.

Experience working with special needs students or childcare experience preferred.

**Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities**

**Required Skills/Abilities: Other duties may be assigned**

• Knowledgeable about special education programs.
