We are seeking a Mid-Level Engineer to support a live production hiring‑event platform used by client‑facing teams and end users. This role is highly production-focused and requires someone who can diagnose issues quickly, work across backend and frontend systems, collaborate with support and go‑to‑market teams, and take ownership of code changes from investigation through deployment.

The ideal candidate has strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, secondary Django/Python experience, React frontend experience, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems. This person should be comfortable working independently, handling ambiguity, prioritizing urgent client‑impacting issues, and communicating clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
