Position Overview
We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support while managing Microsoft 365, Windows infrastructure, and cloud services. This hybrid role combines helpdesk operations with systems administration to ensure reliable IT services, infrastructure stability, and an excellent end-user experience. The position is primarily ticket-driven with a low volume of phone calls. Requisitos Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration. Mandatory experience with Active Directory or Entra ID. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, basic Azure, and user management. Strong hardware support experience, including workstations, printers, and peripherals. Experience using remote support tools and ITSM/ticketing platforms.
