1st Line Support Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Microsoft 365 experience, work across both Mac and Windows environments, and earn Microsoft certifications along the way.
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Escalating complex issues to Level Two support as needed
* Installing software, managing patches and updates (MS Office, antivirus, business apps)
* Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365
