A private & charter use 40 M/Y M Motor Yacht sailing the Mediterranean is looking for a 1st Officer for a seasonal term starting in June. Highly competent, good at Manoeuvres, navigation. Presentable person, fit, excellent references.

• Second in command and reports to captain.
• In charge of deck crew: second officer, third officer, bosun and deckhands.
• He or the second officer designated security, safety and medical officer.
• Responsible for overseeing deck operations and maintenance.
• Deck budgeting/inventory, supervision of all toys and tenders, setup of watch schedules and passage planning.

Position requirements

• English fluent, French will be plus.
• EU passport.
• Watch keeping.
• Good navigational skills.
