**1st shift Maintenance Supervisor**
**Location:** Bristol, CT
**Hours:** 6am - 2pm M-F with overtime as needed
**Pay:** $30-31 per hour based on experience

The Maintenance & Tooling Supervisor is responsible for keeping production equipment, tooling, and facility systems running efficiently to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations. This role oversees machine maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, tooling support, building maintenance, and safety compliance while supervising maintenance activities and supporting production teams.
