**Job Title: Shift Filler Operator**

**Position Summary**

The **Shift Filler Operator** is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated filling and packaging equipment to ensure the safe and accurate filling of pasteurized milk and other dairy products. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, ensuring proper labeling and weights, and supporting a smooth and efficient production flow in a refrigerated food manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate and monitor filling and packaging machines that perform functions such as filling, sealing, marking, and labeling containers.
+ Set up and start production equipment; oversee operation to identify irregularities or malfunctions.
+ Stop equipment when issues occur and promptly report concerns to a supervisor or foreman.
