**1st Shift - Maintenance Technician - Pay up to $28/hr**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our 1st shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, located in Massillon, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, assisting with electrical projects, and maintaining building equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Follow scheduled preventative maintenance to perform machine repairs and installations.
+ Troubleshoot and repair machine and equipment breakdowns.
+ Repair and adjust machinery and power industrial equipment, dismantling parts to replace defective components.
+ Assist in electrical projects and perform minor electrical repairs.
+ Conduct pipe fitting tasks and some installation tasks independently.
