Job Summary

The Digital Experience/UX Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing high quality user (patient/client/employee/citizen/stakeholder) experiences on NL Health Services digital properties. Working in a team environment, this position helps to execute the organization's digital communications strategy and aims to ensure that patients, clients and families can easily access health information and services through digital platforms. The role relies on user research, consultation methods and communication best‑practices to understand users’ communication needs, preferences and expectations with the goal of recommending and implementing engaging digital solutions.
