As a Global Trading TDP graduate, you will be furnished with a real job from day one, gaining hands on experience, to help cultivate foundational trading skills to establish your own career path.

Trader Development Program (TDP) – Our Trader Development Program (TDP) is a fast paced, competitive program that will enable you to develop the competencies and skills required to become a successful energy trader at ExxonMobil. You will complete multiple trading role rotations to gain crucial experience in operations, risk and analytics. Throughout your time on the TDP you will receive formal training as well as mentoring and feedback from Senior Traders to further your development.
