UST is seeking a Production Support Engineer to monitor and maintain the health of applications and services in a 24/7 production environment. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring and incident management, working closely with engineering teams to ensure system reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in Production Support, hands-on experience with monitoring tools, and strong troubleshooting skills.

This role requires participation in on-call rotations and may include night shifts and weekends.
