Responsibilities

The Pharmacist is responsible for meeting the medication related needs of patients which will include resolving and preventing drug related problems. The principal responsibilities include working with patients and the healthcare team to provide direct patient care, participating in patient education, facilitating medication reconciliation activities, teaching of students, providing education to nursing and medical staff, and supporting the drug distribution system.
