Registered Practical Nurse

Regular Part Time • OG9 MEDICINE UNIT / COPD • Medicine • 12 Hour Shifts; Days/Evenings/Nights/Weekends (Subject to Change) • Lakeridge Health Oshawa • Wage: $36.950 – $39.020 per hour

Responsibilities

According to the updated standards and current scope of practice as set out by the College of Nurses of Ontario and the policies of Lakeridge Health, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients whose conditions are stabilized; administer treatments as ordered by physicians and assigned by Patient Care Manager and Patient Care Specialist; observe and enforce infection control principles and aseptic techniques required in the prevention of nosocomial and communicable diseases; and other related duties as assigned.
