Join our Assembly Training Program designed to transform candidates into skilled assemblers over six months. This program features comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and hands-on experience, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills for assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to learn assembly techniques.
• Engage in general labor tasks within sealing, coating, and other departments.
• Shadow experienced employees in various departments to gain practical insights.
• Learn to interpret blueprints and utilize specialized tools for assembly work.
• Progress through structured checkpoints to ensure skill development.
