**2nd shift CNC Machine Operator**
**Location:** Farmington, CT
**Shift:** Training on 1st Shift (approximately 1 month+), then transition to 2nd Shift
**Pay Range:** $23 - 30 per hour
**Shift Differential:** Additional $1.50 per hour available upon successful completion of 1st shift training and transition to 2nd shift

In this role, you will set up and operate CNC equipment while supporting production runs, troubleshooting machining processes, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
