**Job Description**
The 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor oversees all fabrication operations on the second shift, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role leads a team of hourly production employees in a precision metal fabrication environment, coordinating workflow across multiple work centers and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Direct and coordinate all 2nd shift fabrication operations, including punch, laser, brake press, welding, grinding, assembly, and finishing.
+ Ensure daily production schedules are met by effectively managing labor assignments, machine utilization, and workflow sequencing across all work centers.
