Machinist Job Responsibilities


+ Set up and operate CNC Machines (Haas, Okuma, PAMA, etc.)

+ Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production

+ Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job

+ Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments

+ Make program edits and offsets as needed to maintain tight tolerances

+ Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups for efficiency and quality
