TEMP Lead / Senior Stewardess required for a busy 75m private & charter vessel for the remainder of the Med season.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hands‑on candidate who is confident stepping into a leadership role within a fast‑paced interior team.

The ideal candidate will be strong in service, organised, compassionate with their management style and able to take responsibility and support the Chief Stew when needed. You will be someone who can jump straight in, take initiative, lead by example and help keep standards high during a busy programme of owner and charter trips.

We are looking for a calm, capable and proactive individual with previous experience on large yachts and the ability to confidently manage and motivate a team while maintaining a positive atmosphere onboard.
