Role Summary

Rubicon Power T&D is recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 framework contractor for two experienced Wiremen to join the NGED distribution framework, working a travelling patch across the Midlands. This is a hands-on field role covering new connections, reinforcement, and fault/repair work across the LV and HV distribution network, engaged on a 6 month rolling contract via CIS.

Key Responsibilities:

•Carry out wiring, jointing, and termination work across LV and HV distribution assets, including cable, overhead line, and substation equipment

•Complete new connections, service alterations, and reinforcement works to NGED specification and safety rules

•Diagnose and rectify network faults, minimising customer downtime and restoring supply safely and efficiently
