3 Months Contract Executive, Registrar’s Office (1 Jul – 30 Sep 2026)

The staff will support administrative support for the Grant application and signing exercise for Academic Year 2026, as well as support for PET learner management.

• Provide administrative support for the Tuition Grant (TG) application and signing process
• Attend to phone calls and emails enquiries related and tuition fees and grants
• Liaise with other Autonomous Universities on verification
• Assist with data entry and verification
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
