Position Overview
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and conduct user interviews to understand user needs and pain points. Perform usability testing to validate solutions. Design and iterate UI concepts, wireframes and prototypes. Create user-centric solutions for complex business and technical challenges. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation quality. Align with stakeholders on requirements and design direction. Support Agile delivery through user stories, designs and prototypes. Participate in Scrum ceremonies. Lead UX/UI initiatives from concept to implementation. Contribute to a consistent UX across the GAIA platform. Present design results and recommendations to stakeholders. Support communication and adoption activities where required. Apply UX methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement of the user experience for GAIA users globally.
