The Job

As a Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing trucks, and other heavy diesel vehicles. Your duties will include:

• Diagnosing faults/malfunctions and repairing vehicle parts
• Maintaining various components, including steering, suspension, ignition and electrical systems, transmission (automatic and standard), as well as cooling and heating systems
• Testing and adjusting repairs systems to ensure vehicle runs smoothly
• Performing routine maintenance on vehicles (including cleaning)
