Staff Plus is hiring a licensed 313D HVAC Service Technician for a full-time opportunity with our client.

This position focuses on servicing, maintaining, and repairing in-suite HVAC equipment in condominium and multi-residential buildings. You will work with fan coil units, heat pumps, PTAC units, Magic-Pak systems, and ventilation equipment while diagnosing electrical, mechanical, airflow, drainage, and indoor air quality concerns.

This opportunity is well suited to a licensed HVAC professional who is confident managing service calls independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and communicates professionally with residents and property management staff.
