Position Description

The Department of Experiential Engineering Education (ExEEd) in the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering at Rowan University invites applications for temporary ¾ time teaching faculty position(s) for the 2025 Fall and 2026 Spring semesters.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly collaborative team that is responsible for teaching our introductory First-year and Sophomore Engineering Clinic courses. The Engineering Clinic Sequence is the hallmark of Rowan’s innovative undergraduate engineering program and features multidisciplinary, hands-on, project-oriented courses.

Main Responsibilities


+ Engage in high-quality, evidence-based instruction in introductory undergraduate engineering courses (e.g., First-year and Sophomore Engineering Clinics)

+ Foster a collegial and inclusive learning and working environment
