This position is responsible for professionally managing the polishing of all silverware in the 360 Restaurant and ensuring it is equally distributed during service. Job Description

Maintain sufficient levels of clean and polished cutlery

Maintain sufficient levels of cutlery in all side stands

Consistently retrieve bus bins of used cutlery from restaurant side stands throughout service

Operate the cutlery polisher in a safe manner, under the guidelines of the department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

Communicate with Restaurant Manager(s) when there are deficiencies with par stocks (i.e. glassware, china, silver, linen, and other miscel...
