360 Excavator Driver – Spalding

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a busy security plant project in Spalding. This is a temporary position for approximately 1–2 weeks, operating a 14-tonne excavator on a well-established site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safe and efficient operation of a 14-tonne excavator

* Excavation, trenching, grading, and levelling works

* Loading and unloading materials as required

* Assisting with site preparation and groundwork activities

* Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects

* Working closely with site management and other trades on site

* Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
