The Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute is an internationally renowned orthopedic center of excellence treating children and adults with complex orthopedic conditions across many service lines. Current conditions treated within the practice include pediatric and adult orthopedic upper and lower extremity bony and soft tissue deformities, general pediatric and general orthopedics, foot and ankle reconstruction and preservation, congenital spinal deformities, cartilage regenerative procedures and total joint arthroplasty with 6 attending orthopedic surgeons. Our staff is further augmented with both national and international fellows.
