Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of professional graphic/product/industrial design experience in a studio, agency, fabrication, or related environment; industry experience in financial recognition/deal toys is strongly preferred.
Adobe Expertise: Advanced command of Adobe Illustrator for vector artwork, technical drawing, and presentation builds; proficiency in Photoshop/Acrobat for supporting tasks.
3D Skill Set: Practical 3D design experience for form exploration and client visualization; familiarity with Strata 3D is a plus and training can be provided.
Technical Drawing Proficiency: Proven ability to produce precise schematic elevations, callouts, and dimensioned drawings that translate cleanly into production specifications.
Speed & Reliability: Comfortable working to tight turnarounds, juggling multiple briefs, and iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining accuracy and version control.
