Our client, a growing Managed Service Provider, is looking to hire a 3rd Line Engineer / Team Lead to support and develop their expanding technical support function.
This role will act as a senior escalation point across the support team while also providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to the 3rd line engineering function. You'll play a key role in ensuring high service standards, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting the ongoing development of the wider technical team.
