Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, loading raw materials, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards. **Candidates must be able to work Sunday through Thursday, 11:45pm to 7:15am**
Pay rate - $22.00/hour

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Loading raw materials into machines
+ Operating machinery to produce high-quality parts
+ Monitoring production processes and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
+ Moving materials as needed throughout the production area
