We are looking for an experienced 5+ year transactional intellectual property attorney to support transactional matters involving trademark and patent portfolios in Scottsdale, Arizona. This hybrid role is suited for a licensed legal specialist who can advise clients on protecting, structuring, and managing IP assets while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.
