Overview We are looking for a hands-on Contract Technologist to support bakery and snack application projects through baking, laboratory and pilot plant trials, sample preparation, data collection, and project execution activities.
Responsibilities - Conduct bakery and snack application trials in laboratory and pilot plant environments. Prepare formulations, ingredients, and samples for testing and evaluation.
- Independently prepare and bake products such as bread, cakes, cookies, crackers, and other baked goods for application testing and product evaluation.
- Record trial observations, collect experimental data, analyze data, and prepare basic technical reports and share with team members and project managers.
- Support product evaluations, customer sample preparation, and project activities as required.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, manage ingredients and sample, and comply with all laboratory and safety requirements.
