Salary: $2500-$3000/month
Responsibilities - Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs.
- Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.
- Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
- Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.
