Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols at all times.
  • Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work area.
  • Support clinic or laboratory operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in phlebotomy.
  • Valid phlebotomy certification or license.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and care.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
