Position Overview

            Manage multiple New Product Introductions (NPI) from prototype to customer approval 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement) for new product launches 
Assist to oversee technical management, including customer data package and BOM review 
Provide labor cost and NRE cost quotes to customers 
Support production activities during safe launch period for new products 
Manage and facilitate internal and vendor technical discussions 
Supervise teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements 
Initiate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Purchase Requests (PR) for NPI and engineering projects 
Assist with scale-up activities, troubleshooting, and process optimization 
Coordinate with vendors for new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and jigs 
Validate and buy off new machines or fixtures
