Sales Consultant (Digital Software – BIM / Digital Construction) Salary Range: SGD $3,500 – $5,000 + Commission + Monthly Mobile/Transport Allowance

Job Responsibilities - Identify client requirements in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project delivery and ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor BIM-related market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
