1. Own Certification program roadmap and strategy development, targeted at entire global Alibaba Cloud Academy audiences includes clients and partners
2. Design training courses to make sure the program success and business impact.
3. Identify business opportunities, and lead internal stakeholders/external agencies to develop certification content and user experience to fulfil needs.
4. Work with multiple teams to drive program adoption, and continuously enhance customer experience.
5. Keep up with latest trend about education/certification and development technology.
