The candidate has to acquire ownership of the full lifecycle of commercial management from the present company managers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Estimating and Tendering
• Processing and negotiating variations
• Measurements & Cost estimations
• Client & subcontractor liaison
• Strong determination to accomplish assigned tasks
• Risk management and interim valuations
• Progress claims & Invoicing
• Participating site meetings
• Financial management, project budget control, reporting
• Contract administration
