Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed, including documenting the projects with photos.
  • Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractors to perform on‑site work.
  • Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works.
  • Participate in site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Liaise with clients’ representatives regarding all site matters.
  • Budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures.
  • Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site.
