We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting a manager with all aspects of the Aaltos restaurant, Playmakers and Banquet departments. Potential for upwards of 40 hours per week. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assists the F & B Manager in their absence with the day-to-day restaurant operations and makes decisions within including labor, customer experiences and sanitation to ensure profitability through restaurant presentation, guest service, and daily operational cost control
