An ABA Therapist works directly with children or adults (often autistic or with developmental disabilities) to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis methods. The position title is ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist / Behavioral Technician (ABA). This role reports to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Clinical Supervisor.
